It has to be the one question every interviewee dreads and the one that every interviewer must have been told to ask! “What is your greatest weakness?” is the question that sets many an interviewee’s heart beating faster.
In preparing for your interview make sure that you are ready for the “weakness” question. I think it must be an unwritten, but mandatory rule, for interviewers to ask you what your weaknesses are. The trick is to turn your weakness into a strength.
You can talk about a past weakness and how you’ve learned from it, or you can say your weakness is always expecting 200% from yourself and not being satisfied with anything less.
